DIGITAL & SEARCH MARKETING (MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS) Full time LeapFrogger is looking for an experienced Digital performer to manage and own the client relationship with a number of famous brands across Automotive, FMCG & Retail.
The right candidate will help our clients drive best practices across Paid Search, Programmatic and Social to maximise ROI on our clients' Digital investment.
They would have experience as an account executive or Performance specialist, they're organised and can handle a conversation with a client.
ROLE PURPOSE As a senior level position within the Digital Media Services team, the Digital Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of digital marketing strategies while maintaining strong client relationships.
This hands-on role requires a blend of tactical oversight, a planning & buying tactician, owning client interactions, continually advocating for constant improvement and team collaboration to ensure a successful delivery of client objectives and campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily communications, understanding their business needs, and ensuring that all digital activities align with their goals.Plan & Execution of Digital Strategies: Implement and manage digital marketing & media campaigns across various platforms such as social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Ensure that all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the performance of digital campaigns, using data to make informed recommendations for improvements.
Provide regular reports to clients on campaign progress and results.Team Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing specialists, content creators, and other team members to ensure that all aspects of the campaign are aligned and effectively executed.Budget Oversight: Manage the allocation of resources within assigned budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximizing the impact of digital marketing efforts.Creative Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to develop digital content that is engaging and aligns with the client's brand and messaging strategy.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve digital marketing processes, tools, and techniques, ensuring both the team and you are staying current with industry trends and best practices.Project Management: An ability to manage multiple & own deadlines and cross functional tasks, ensuring campaigns & projects are completed on time with the minimum amount of fuss.Technology: Remain up to date & informed on market trends, partner platform features and new ad formats.KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Key skills for the role:
