About the Organisation
The Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) is the Not-for-Profit national peak member organisation for professional mortgage and finance brokers, mortgage managers, and aggregators.

About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and coordinate digital marketing and communications efforts.
This will involve utilising digital and social marketing strategies, including SEO, UX, communications, and content.
You will continuously look at how to optimise and improve content performance across MFAA's channels.
About the Person
A passion for all things digital, technical, and data-driven marketing is essential.
You will be proactive, eager to learn, and have strong organisation skills with a solution-focused approach.
You will be creative, analytical, and enthusiastic about increasing the engagement and growth of the organisation.
Experience in membership, financial services, and/or the mortgage broking industry is desirable but not essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Own and manage MFAA's digital platforms for increased engagement and an enhanced member experience.
Collaborate across the organisation to drive the value proposition for members.
Analyse data to improve website performance.
Create engaging digital content for social media, EDMs, newsletters, and blogs.
Oversee social media channels, plan content, and engage with the community.
Execute targeted email campaigns and analyse and track metrics.
Conduct reporting and provide marketing insights and recommendations based on analytics.
Support digital optimisation projects, administration, and other ad hoc duties as required.
To be successful you will have:
Experience in a digital marketing or communications role.
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques.
Understanding of or willingness to learn the Mortgage Broking industry and/or financial services.
Creative, innovative, and solutions-focused.
Collaborative, team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Can-do attitude, adaptable and proactive.
