Your New Career As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Scout Talent Group, you will enhance the digital presence of several brands and refine customer and prospect communications. In this unique position, you will focus on managing and elevating our digital footprint, with the goal of building stronger relationships and generating leads among prospective customers. You will play a pivotal role in our company's growth trajectory, working alongside a dynamic team that includes three other marketing specialists and a Salesforce Administrator. Reporting to the Global Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our digital marketing strategies are innovative and impactful, designed to meet the evolving needs of our audience and enhance our online visibility. Reporting directly to our Global Marketing Lead, your responsibilities will typically include, but are not limited to: Executing comprehensive email-driven campaigns, from construction using HTML to testing, deployment, and detailed reporting. Personalising our interactions with prospects and customers using data on customer behaviours. Coordinating targeted audience segmentation strategies, ensuring our digital campaigns are sharp and impactful Managing and optimising multiple websites for functionality, user experience, and conversion Creating new websites or landing pages with the ability to mock up designs, write content, and build websites or landing pages using Elementor WordPress website builder Building retargeting and search ads to boost web traffic Developing and executing an SEO strategy to boost rankings for non-branded keywords Located at our global headquarters in the heart of Milton, Brisbane, this role offers the unique opportunity to shape our brand's future in the digital and customer communication realms, driving initiatives that will significantly impact our market presence and customer engagement. About You To qualify, you must have professional experience in digital marketing, focusing on CRM solutions and marketing automation. You must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and implementing automation flows, managing automated communications, and crafting digital advertising campaigns. Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesforce, and Figma is highly desirable. Additionally, you must have strong developer skills, HTML coding experience, and experience managing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic effectively. Your expertise in Graphic Design, Content Creation, Web Development, and Digital Advertising will drive our digital marketing success.
