The role As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to enhance user experience and boost conversion rates across digital channels. Collaborating with diverse teams, you'll implement data-driven enhancements to transform our performance marketing campaigns, particularly in email marketing and paid media. Your passion for driving growth and delivering excellent customer experiences will be key to your success in this role. What you'll be doing Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and other digital platforms to meet revenue targets. Analyse user behaviour, website performance, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement. Optimise conversion rates through A/B testing, creative optimisation, and performance best practices. Continuously monitor key metrics like CPL, CPA, and ROAS to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and effective. Create and manage a CRO strategy aligned with Prospa's digital marketing goals. Use data insights to make decisions that improve user experience and conversion rates. Develop and optimise data-driven email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions aligned with performance marketing objectives. Innovate email campaigns using segmentation, personalisation, and automation. Collaborate with sales channels and product tribes to develop touch point communications to enhance customer conversion. What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and automation. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display campaigns. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Segment) and Salesforce CRM would be advantageous. Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
