GLiNTECH is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a six-month contract.
This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time, casual, or freelance work as an independent contractor.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating our digital presence.
Your focus will be on executing and refining SEO strategies, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns, and ensuring that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with our goals to drive measurable, impactful results.

About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels, including paid media, social media, content, campaigns, email, and website.Design and implement SEO strategies to boost website rankings, drive organic traffic, and optimise user engagement while tracking lead generation.Launch and refine paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, ensuring maximum impact.Create, edit, and optimise blog posts, website copy, and other content to enhance our digital footprint.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing initiatives.Use tools like Semrush and Google Analytics to analyse performance data, uncover actionable insights, and refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement.Enhance website visibility and user engagement through strategic optimisations to create a more dynamic and engaging user experience.Contribute to overall digital strategy by working closely with the global team to streamline lead generation processes and align marketing efforts with business goals.Provide accurate and timely reporting on campaigns across digital channels, including web, social media, and Google Ads.
About you: A minimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within IT professional services.Expertise in SEO, paid social campaigns, and organic keyword search strategies.Hands-on experience with Google Ads and various social media platforms.Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.Strong proficiency in website optimisation and content management.Experience with Sanity CMS (preferred but not essential).Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of Google Analytics.Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently or as part of a team.
