Roles and Responsibilities
ECommerce
Taking direction from global HO and working alongside the local E Comm Team, drive the digital strategy to deliver greater brand awareness, traffic, and conversion on the E-Comm platform.
Achieve budgeted sales target for E Comm and increases in traffic, conversion and ATV for our online channel.
Social Media
Understanding & aligning with global social content calendars & execution strategies.
Developing and maintaining the content calendar for Oceania.
Scheduling and Execution of content on all clients' Social Channels.
Working with the customer service team to manage customer/follower enquiries across all platforms.
Working with eCommerce Team to integrate social content on the eCommerce site.
Identifying and connecting with social media influencers.
Digital Media
Working with the client's Manager & Global Marketing Team on seasonal digital activity calendar.
Understand and keep up to date on all global content and timelines, and align local activity to this.
Create proposals in line with global templates & execute campaigns to brand standard.
Liaise with the client's agency regarding digital campaigns, audiences and refinement of campaigns and ensure all activity is within budget.
Make recommendations to increase digital media performance for increased conversion results on owned eComm.
Email Marketing
Work closely with client's Marketing Team & client's Manager on EDM campaigns/concepts.
Grow, develop and maintain customer data base in line with brand communication strategy.
Brief content specialist/graphic designer on EDM concepts as required.
Execute EDMs for eCommerce/retail to required timelines.
Make data-driven decisions and propose best practices or efficiencies to improve.
Copy Writing & Campaign reporting.
A Successful Candidate Must Have
You must have retail experience, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in marketing, ideally within a prestige/luxury brand (retail).
Proven social media management experience especially relating to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Demonstrable experience planning and managing projects from execution to delivery.
Thorough understanding of marketing metrics & budget management.
Degree qualified in a Marketing, Business or related field ideally with a focus on marketing/communications.
Excellent communication, collaborative, and presentation skills, Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, ability to remain agile and strategic within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
