About the Role: Digital transformation and marketing automation are top priorities at Connectnow, and we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
If you are passionate about digital marketing and have a proven track record of executing effective campaigns across Paid Search and Social, this role is for you.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will drive the performance of Connectnows' digital marketing channels.
You will develop, implement, and optimise paid advertising campaigns, primarily focusing on Google Ads.
You will clearly communicate the role and performance of digital marketing to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision.
Additionally, you will work closely with the external media agency to manage and deliver all digital campaigns according to specifications and business requirements.
What you'll be doing: Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms, including ad creation, optimisation, and target setting to achieve objectives.
Budget and Performance Optimisation: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets, using bidding strategies, forecasting, and adjusting spends based on performance and market changes.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to measure performance metrics, track competitor trends, and provide detailed reports with actionable insights for optimising campaigns.
Audience Targeting and User Experience: Enhance campaign effectiveness through audience segmentation and remarketing strategies, and recommend website and landing page optimisations to improve conversion rates.
Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders and clients, illustrating campaign results including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) and offering strategic advice based on data.
Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Implement A/B testing to refine ad elements, stay updated with industry developments, and apply best practices for continuous performance improvement.
About you: You will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution mainly across Google Ads, experience with a variety of performance channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn would be highly valued.
Experience in aligning company strategy with budgets, performance history and marketing objectives.
Strong understanding of digital & social marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and paid media.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or similar and data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
Excellent communication skills, collaborating with a range of stakeholders, reporting and strategic analysis.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate digital marketing vision and outcomes up to senior stakeholders.
