This role is accountable for the successful implementation of customer marketing digital campaigns with specific focus on email marketing and website engagement for the ARB brand and product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Drive the Implementation of ARB's Digital Strategy: Focus on enhancing website engagement, optimisation, and email marketing to support business objectives. Lead Website Projects & Enhancements: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major website initiatives that align with the digital roadmap and broader strategy. Collaborate with eCommerce and Agencies: Work closely with the GM eCommerce and external partners to continuously optimise website platforms, boosting performance, customer experience, and driving incremental sales. Database Strategy & Engagement: Lead efforts to grow and engage ARB's customer base by managing database planning, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns. SEO Program Management: Take ownership of the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase visibility across ARB websites. Digital Advertising & SEM Management: Manage SEM campaigns and digital advertising initiatives, ensuring alignment with country-specific marketing goals and strategies. Website Development & Design: Oversee web development and design efforts to support new product launches, enhancements, and overall user experience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to align on content themes, messaging, and promotional strategies, ensuring consistent brand communication. Content Planning & Coordination: Partner with the broader marketing team to develop and execute content plans that align with strategic marketing objectives. Marketing Material Support: Assist in writing, editing, and proofing marketing campaign content, ensuring clarity, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines. Foster a Test-and-Learn Culture: Champion continuous improvement by promoting a test-and-learn approach, using data to drive decision-making and optimisations. Compliance & Procedures: Ensure all activities adhere to relevant health and safety, legal, and company procedures, maintaining the highest ethical standards. What we're looking for: Creative & Driven: A proactive, enthusiastic individual with a strong ability to think strategically and innovate within the marketing space. 5+ Years of Marketing Experience: Proven background in marketing and communications, with experience in planning and executing successful campaigns. Digital & Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, and Google Analytics (preferred). Campaign & Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Data-Driven Decision Maker: Skilled in using data and insights to optimise campaigns and drive audience growth, particularly in digital channels like SEO, paid search, and performance marketing. Website & Content Management: Experience in managing website updates and creating compelling content to enhance user engagement and support marketing initiatives.
