We are looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven ability to analyse, create and optimise digital marketing activities for our brand across multiple platforms.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will have a key focus on planning, creating and managing PPC campaigns to drive customer acquisition and build MDC's brand awareness.
This role would suit someone who understands the outdoor lifestyle industry, is a strategic thinker yet detail-oriented, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role is office based.
Key responsibilities: Contribute and execute MDC's digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels for Australia and the USA.Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Bing with 6 figure budgets.Drive improved use of data and analytics to increase lead generation and actionable outcomes for the sales team.Create ad content and digital content to drive consumer enquiry for our products.Manage and oversee the development of assets (including landing pages, creative, banners, animations and videos) to support campaigns.Perform daily management of PPC campaigns to optimise performance.Evaluate and test new channel opportunities.Work within the Marketing team to enhance performance of website conversion and lead management via Hubspot CRM.Forecast/report on current trend analysis and technologies in digital marketing.Ad hoc tasks and projects as required.The ideal candidate will have: Bachelors degree in marketing or a relevant field – preferred but not essential3+ years hands-on experience managing $100k/month Paid Media budgets – essentialKnowledge of Google marketing platform including; Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Youtube, Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)Advanced ability with Meta Business suite; Facebook Ads and Creator StudioExperience with 3rd party tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, SearchmetricsExperience with Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Premiere or other video editing programs.Attention to detail with strong creative skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience dealing with multiple prioritiesCreative problem-solverHOW TO APPLY: We would love to hear from you!
