The Digital Marketing Specialist – Club Jetstar works with the Club Jetstar product managers & digital marketing team more broadly to drive the Club Jetstar marketing strategy and implement complex multi-touch point, multi-channel, personalised digital campaigns.
You will focus on the development, technical execution and optimisation of our membership program Club Jetstar, supporting from a marketing automation perspective with channels such as email & push notifications.
This role will support and implement digital marketing strategies to acquire new members and retain existing members.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, Acquisition your key responsibilities will include: Implementation of multi-million-dollar Club Jetstar digital marketing programs across APAC that drive incremental revenue and increased member engagement.
Working with the Digital Marketing Manager – Acquisition and Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Club Jetstar to implement a seamless customer journey from joining Club Jetstar right through to member renewal.
Working closely with the Club Jetstar product team to ensure consistent alignment and updates on all channel testing and implementation of campaigns.
Drive multi-channel test and learn programs to optimise campaigns across the Club Jetstar landscape.
In conjunction with the Digital Analyst, your team will measure and report on all campaigns with the goal of continuously improving strategy and revenue generation.
Understanding of data analytics, including the concept of propensity data modelling and what it can deliver in terms of revenue and customer engagement to the program.
To influence other departments, and team members across APAC on the revenue and customer benefits of Club Jetstar campaign strategies.
Share and implement best practice learnings with stakeholders across Group.
To be considered for this role we are ideally seeking the following skills and experience: Prior experience in digital marketing or CRM/marketing automation either in an agency or fast paced client environment.
2+ years' experience in marketing automation platforms such as Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys or similar.
Understanding of loyalty programs and customer lifecycles and how to drive revenue from this.
Ability to manage competing tasks, priorities and stakeholders to be able to execute all campaigns in a timely manner with a strong attention to detail.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS editing, or SQL would be a distinct advantage.
