Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.
This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing professional with an analytical mindset, revenue-driven thinking, and ability to think strategically and execute detail to join our Marketing Team as Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator. This role will see you assist with shaping our online presence for Voyages Indigenous Tourism brands and driving revenue growth through the implementation of digital marketing strategies.
As a vital member of our Marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience across various digital marketing channels, including web, email, content creation, and social media, to support the success of Voyages Indigenous Tourism's owned digital platforms.
Key duties: Support the Ecommerce & CRM Manager with developing and executing web, CRM, and social media strategies, collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders including brand, PR, distribution, trade, and call centre teams.Represent the marketing team and digital audiences in the website project team, ensuring timely contribution to project deadlines and consultation with internal stakeholders on web content.Create engaging and informative content using on-trend creatives for social media platforms.Facilitate community engagement to enhance the online customer experience, fostering conversations, and nurturing customer relationships.Support the Ecommerce & CRM Manager in ensuring a seamless audience experience across multiple websites, digital products, and marketing channels.To be successful for this role you will have: 2 years' experience in a digital marketing roleDegree in marketing or related fieldExperience delivering social media contentExperience using CMS platformsThis is more than just a job
