Due to growth within our Marketing Department, we have a new opening for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our high performing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising all digital assets for Access Group. Working with a team of web developers, SEO and SEM specialists and graphic designers, this role will develop, implement and optimise the digital strategy to enhance return on investment across multiple brands and platforms. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be at the forefront of Access Group's digital transformation, leading the way in Ecommerce, Marketing Automation and Conversion Rate Optimisation projects. Other key responsibilities will include:
Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement the digital strategy across Access Group's range of brands and digital assets.Oversee and execute our digital transformation, focussing on Ecommerce platforms and leveraging the latest technologies to improve digital return on investment.Build our composable marketing technology stack, focusing on modular, scalable components to meet our digital marketing requirements.Forecast and manage the digital marketing budget, identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Manage and empower the digital marketing team to achieve results.Collaborate with consultants, agencies and other vendor partners.Evaluate emerging technologies.
