Job Responsibilities Google Optimization and Website Maintenance: Implement SEO strategies to improve our online visibility and maintain our website to ensure it is user-friendly and up-to-date. Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and enhance customer engagement. Content Creation: Develop compelling content (graphics, videos, written posts) tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Industry Monitoring: Keep an eye on social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities. Advertising Campaigns: Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media to target specific audiences. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns. Performance Analysis: Use social media analytics tools to track and optimize performance, reporting on key metrics regularly. Support and Report: Support and report directly to the General Manager, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Qualifications SEO and Web Skills: Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with website maintenance. Experience: Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a related industry. Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities. Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making. Creativity: Innovative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
