We're seeking a hands-on, dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the Digital Marketing Strategy to drive our brand forward and help us reach our ambitious business goals.
Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and customer retention.
You will oversee digital channels, work with cross-functional teams, and utilise your expertise to develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Campaign management: Plan, manage, and execute campaigns across various channels, including paid ads, social media, email, SEO and ATL.Budget management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.Stakeholder management: Work with our agency to deliver on digital paid media channels including PPC, Social, BVOD, SVOD and more.Content strategy: Manage and execute a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging and relevant content across our websites and channels.Campaign strategy: Manage the promotions calendar to drive customer acquisition around peak travel periods.SEO optimization: Oversee SEO strategy and manage content and link building campaigns to enhance search visibility.Social media marketing: Create and manage a strategic social media content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging posts.Email marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.Customer journey mapping: Understand and optimise the digital customer journey to improve conversions and user engagement.A/B testing: Implement A/B tests to refine strategies and improve click-through rates.Data analytics & reporting: Utilise analytics tools to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights.Personal Attributes, Skills & Experience: Analytical and Data-Driven approach to understanding customer needs.Results-Oriented.Technical Proficiency.Content Strategy and Management.Strong project management skills.Excellent Communication Skills.High attention to detail.Ability to conduct market research.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Ability to think big and execute with velocity.Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in a similar digital marketing role - insurance or travel experience would be a bonus.Campaign & budget management: Expertise in planning go-to-market strategies and implementing digital marketing campaigns.Technical skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools.Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.Project management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Stakeholders: Proven track record managing relationships with external media agencies.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creativity: Proven track record of creative, strategic thinking.What we offer: Be part of a dynamic, young, fun team in a leading travel insurance company.Opportunity to shape and drive the marketing strategy for a well-established brand.Competitive salary and benefits package.A collaborative and supportive work environment.A fun company culture that celebrates various events.Flexible working arrangements.Application Process: If you are a down-to-earth strategic marketing leader with a passion for travel, we want to hear from you!
