You'll be working for a business that is 80% B2B, targeting construction, mining, education, and hire markets (among many others), and 20% B2C. The business has significant growth ambitions and is growing rapidly - it has almost doubled in size in the last 12 months and aims to double again in the next 12 to 24 months, with ambitions to become a $1B business. It requires a marketing team to build the primary brand in Australia and conduct lead generation activities.
Globally, this organisation holds a leadership position in its markets of operation and is seeking to establish a similar position in Australia. This can result in building your career at speed, while integrating other businesses and their digital marketing assets.
Your responsibilities... Strategy and delivery of digital marketing, covering website, SEO, SEM and CRM Excellence in lead generation initiatives - using a variety of methods to build funnels and draw potential customers through to purchase Building the digital marketing plan Solid understanding and execution of paid search, Google, LinkedIn and Facebook adverts (with budgets rapidly ramping up) Briefing agencies for effective execution Launch and go-to-market campaigns Reporting, analysis and ensuring a solid return on investment, along with budget management Work closely with the sales team to build high converting leads and integrate leads into the Salesforce CRM
Your skills and experience... Digital marketing with a key focus on SEO, paid media and lead generation activities Strong analytical skills; you are very comfortable diving into the analytics to build and tweak your digital marketing strategy Organisation and time management - This is a busy marketing department Team player and able to influence your co-workers in other departments to ensure your deadlines are met Able to build a business case for budget spend and timelines for digital marketing execution Ideally, experience in building products, construction, industrial or manufacturing markets.
