The Digital and Brand Specialist will be responsible for driving the company's online, digital, and social media strategy. This role will manage the digital presence for both the corporate brand and a diverse portfolio of assets. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strategic thinking, traditional digital marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of how to connect with and grow the brand's audience.Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy Development:

Lead and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns that align with business objectives and engage the target audience.Content Creation:

Develop and deliver high-quality content across all digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.Social Media Management:

Oversee all social media channels, including content planning, posting, community management, and performance tracking. Drive engagement and growth through creative and targeted social media initiatives.Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Website Management:

Manage website content updates, optimization, and enhancements to improve user experience (UX) and conversion rates. Collaborate with developers and designers as needed.Brand Management:

Enhance and maintain the company's brand, ensuring consistency and excellence in all digital communications.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including design, sales, and external agencies, to manage digital projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.Videography:

Utilize videography skills to create engaging visual content that tells the company's story. Experience with video editing software is a significant advantage.Property Industry Insight:
