Opportunity knocks for an experienced and driven digital marketing specialist looking for an exciting challenge by joining a recently launched boutique lead generation agency that specializes in the finance space. We are part of a National financial services group operating for over 25 years.
Currently generating thousands of inquiries and leads for a small number of clients, we are looking to continue to grow our business by teaming up with a digital marketing specialist that can run our paid campaigns and SEO activities on both our own lead generation sites and that of our clients. This is a hands-on role where you will initially be required to run the campaigns yourself with the expectation that you will oversee the operations of the business as we continue to grow and add members to your team.
You will work closely with our director and I.T department and also in collaboration with the marketing managers of our clients.
Responsibilities and Opportunities:Design and execute acquisition campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads to attract high-quality customers.Create, strategize, and build new campaigns with measurable performance goals.Develop A/B tests to optimize ad performance and landing pages.Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to identify opportunities.Collaborate with the digital marketing teams of our clients to align strategies with overall marketing goals and share actionable insights.Analyze campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates and CPA, to identify and implement optimizations.Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to keep at the forefront of acquisition strategies.Meet with our Google and Meta account managers to continue to optimize our accounts.Receive an above-award salary PLUS profit share on the leads that we generate and sell to our clients! About You:A background working in search engine marketing, digital, or eCommerce environments, with a focus on acquisition.Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Familiarity with tracking tools, attribution models, SEO, and SEM, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign reporting tools.A creative, data-driven mindset and a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.A creative thinking outside the box attitude.The role is based at our modern Southport office and we offer flexible working hours.
