Join Endeavour Foundation as our Digital Marketing Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic team in developing and executing digital strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across multiple platforms.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven strategies.Lead and mentor a team of seven, including three direct reports, to develop, execute and optimise cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.Oversee paid media, SEO, social media, UX/UI, website development and optimisation, marketing automation, email marketing, and content marketing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with business goals.Optimise digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations through reporting and dashboards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that elevate the organisation's digital presence, enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.Apply continuous optimisation practices and analyse and report on digital marketing performance to inform future marketing strategies and improve commercial outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement digital and data solutions.Foster a culture of motivation, engagement, and collaboration within the team, ensuring that each team member is empowered to excel in their role.Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure the optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI and ROAS.What We're Looking For:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.7+ years of experience in senior digital marketing roles, leading teams to achieve outstanding results.Proficient in digital metrics, performance tracking, and campaign optimisation.Expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, Google and Meta ads, and performance marketing.Proficient in using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, and Sitecore.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and inspire high-performing teams.Benefits and Perks:
