Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to
lead our Digital Marketing division.
About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and management of the digital marketing strategy for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a love for building brands, marketing strategy and a proven track record in managing (digital) marketing campaigns end to end with a firm understanding of Creative, Channels, Budgets, Reporting, Audiences and have exceptionalinterpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
? Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including
campaigns across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
channels.
? Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn,
Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different
channels.
? Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends and implement
research into digital marketing campaigns
? Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing
campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
? Develop and monitor campaign budgets
? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Who We're Looking For
? A passion for and proven track record of driving high ROI/ROAS across digital
channels & campaigns largely across Meta & Google
? Working knowledge of building inspiring and impactful social media strategies,
campaigns and content plans across multiple channels
? A data-driven decision-maker - you can confidently translate insights, data and
performance indicators into best next steps for all digital marketing channels
? A strategic thinker who can deliver from plan to execution, but who is also not afraid to get their hands dirty and work in deep partnership with a wider marketing team
? Someone with strong stakeholder management skills who will be able to not only
manage upwards but also work closely with Senior Management
? Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMRush and paid advertising channels
including Google Adwords, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & more
Preferred qualifications
? In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
? Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
? Proficiency in photo and video editing software
? Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
? Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
? Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
