ABOUT THE ROLE We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity with our vibrant Ceres Life brand for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about building brands through digital and social channels.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and as a member of the Ceres Life leadership team, you will oversee the digital marketing and online trade efforts for the brand. Your primary focus will be to deliver our brand growth targets through digital marketing strategies that expand our brand reach, increase our customer engagement, and drive profitable sales. In this dynamic digital startup environment, you will manage a team of two, allowing you to play a key role in shaping strategic direction while staying hands-on in execution.
For this role, we are looking for a Digital Marketer who is strategic and commercially minded, with a strong ability to understand data to support the development of the brand's growth strategy and drive trade decisions. This role requires you to have strong experience in scaling and optimizing paid social platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and customer loyalty programs. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll collaborate with a talented content creation team to create digital marketing campaigns that are both on-brand and engage with our customers.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience in a Digital Marketing Leadership role (brand side experience is preferred but not essential)Strong experience in developing and executing Social Media content strategies, including optimizing and scaling Paid Social Accounts (Meta, TikTok)Experience using content management systems and email marketing platformsExperience in SEO/SEM and website optimizationUnderstanding of technology underpinning platforms, particularly Commerce Cloud and/or ShopifyExposure to the 'Ecommerce Equation Program' or a digital pure play/start-up would be highly desirableProven ability in financial modeling is highly regardedExperience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationshipsAble to plan, organize, schedule, and project manage in an efficient wayThe ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholdersProven high level of commercial negotiation skillsProven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering resultsDemonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutionsStrong budgeting and forecasting skillsOUR CULTURE We love big ideas and rolling up our sleeves to get the job done.
