Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Lead with expertise in SEO, Branding, and Lead Generation to spearhead our marketing initiatives across key target markets: Australia, Europe, and the USA. This role involves supervising a small team (1-3 members) and ensuring the achievement of strategic marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Enhance brand awareness through innovative branding strategies and campaigns.
Lead generation: Design and implement effective lead generation campaigns to capture and nurture leads.
Supervise and mentor a small team to achieve marketing goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Objectives:
SEO Growth: Achieve top search engine rankings for targeted keywords within three months.
Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility and recognition in the target markets by 30% within the contract period.
Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads with a conversion rate of at least 15% by the end of the trial period.
Proven experience in marketing, specifically within the software development and BPO sectors.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
Demonstrated success in branding and lead generation.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Minimum 30 hours per week commitment, with a preference for full-time availability.
