Job Description As the Digital Marketing Lead, you'll lead and execute new patient acquisition across multiple digital channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO and affiliate marketing.
You'll lead a team of two digital marketing specialists and mange an external agency, ensuring optimal performance and ROI, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to elevate conversion rates, online experiences and drive new patient growth across our Australian brands Maven dental, and 1300 Smiles and our New Zealand brand Lumino.
What You'll Do: Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on paid search, paid social, and supported by SEO.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across paid search and social media, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximising ROI.
Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of two digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and development to build their expertise across digital channels.
Performance Analysis and Reporting : Track and analyse key performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, CPA and ROI across channels.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to achieve the highest new patient impact.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the agency, internal teams, and other marketing stakeholders to support integrated campaigns and initiatives that strengthen performance.
Qualifications What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid search, paid social Hands-on experience in managing campaigns and budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.
SEO and organic search experience a big plus Proven experience in a team management role, with a track record of mentoring and developing marketing team members.
Familiarity with digital analytics and performance reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, PoweBI, and other tracking software.
