Job Description The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Work closely with the Digital Lead to develop and execute the evolving digital marketing strategy across all brands.

* Oversee website optimisation and development processes, ensuring smooth coordination with developers for front-end design updates and improvements to user experience (UX/UI).

* Assist the Digital Lead in on boarding new digital suppliers and systems, prioritising top-tier solutions for social media and email marketing tailored to our franchisees.

* Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with digital suppliers, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, support, and issue escalation.

* Offer digital marketing training, guidance, and assistance to our franchisee network.

* Conduct regular audits and provide actionable SEO insights and recommendations to content teams, aiming to boost visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.

* Perform routine technical SEO audits, resolving issues and capitalising on opportunities.

* Utilise web analytics tools to monitor and analyse website traffic, user engagement, and lead generation metrics.

* Produce regular reports on website performance and key metrics, extracting trends and insights to inform decision-making and optimisation strategies.
The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.At least two years of experience in digital marketing.Proficiency in analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of GA4.Excellent communication, relationship-building, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.Outstanding stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating across diverse teams and brands.Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.Strong multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail.Previous experience in real estate would be advantageous.
