Working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, we offer the flexibility of working 4 days from home and every Wednesday in our Sydney city office with the wider team. Please note the training period will be a few more days per week in the office initially.Reporting to and under the guidance of the Head of Digital Marketing, this role supports the implementation of marketing strategies for our stakeholders, which includes our branches and national sales teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in both content creation and digital marketing, with the ability to generate engaging content that drives traffic and improves search engine rankings.Responsibilities include:Campaign Management: Maintain and update website content, create engaging landing pages and implement SEO best practicesWebsite Management: Regularly check the website for broken links, outdated content and other issues. Work closely with web developers or IT teams to resolve technical issuesContent Management: Write, edit and update website content, including blog posts, landing pages and other webpagesContent Writing: Develop content for various sections of the website, including homepage and promotional materialsSEO: Collaborate with the SEO team to implement SEO best practices, such as keyword research, meta tags and content optimisation to improve search engine rankings.Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and report on key metricsProject Management: Assist in the planning and execution of website-related projects, such as redesigns and new feature rolloutsABOUT YOU: You are currently working in a similar role and have experience in developing and implementing successful strategies to increase digital engagement. You are known for being responsive, approachable, and service-oriented; you will confidently build connections with your key stakeholders and create robust working relationships that add value to digital campaigns and programs.
