About the role: Mission: Deliver a 5-star marketing onboarding experience to brokers who are joining LMG or changing service plans to the LMG Partner or Loan Market service plan.Build websites for Loan Market and LMG Partners, as well as setting up Google Business Profiles, social pages and NPS tools to help them achieve a strong online presence.Coach brokers on how to best utilise Stay-in-touch, Nurture and or Active Pipe email and SMS marketing system and help them send "go live" campaigns to their databases.Activate subscriptions for new businesses (Broker Reel, Amplify, Local SEO Boost, Social Post).Organise signage (car and office) for Loan Market businesses.Support ongoing marketing platforms go to market and implementation for brokers.Activity: Primary contact to onboard new businesses (and Loan Writers) who join our Partner & Loan Market service plan for all things marketing.Build SEO optimised websites for LMG Partners and Loan Market brokers ready for 'go-live'.Audit social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for new LMG Partner and Loan Market businesses.Create optimised Google Business Profile listings for new LMG Partner and Loan Market businesses.Ensure systems are up to date with correct marketing information (logo, colours, bios, photos etc.).Onboard brokers to their marketing subscriptions (and add-on services).Conduct on-line webinars and training sessions in marketing (as required).To succeed in this role you will bring: We are seeking a tech-savvy all-rounder who is not satisfied with average; someone who likes to go above and beyond, looks for creative solutions to challenges, doesn't settle for the status quo, has high attention to detail and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get it all done with exceptional results.

Experience in the mortgage industry is not essential but will put you ahead of the pack.
Must have: Minimum 1 years' experience in digital marketing.SEO knowledge.Social Media knowledge.Email Marketing knowledge.A passion for emerging marketing trends and best practices in digital marketing.Strong attention to detail.If you need detailed direction, hand-holding, are risk-averse, can't juggle multiple projects, aren't uncomfortable calling and engaging with brokers, find it hard communicating with senior stakeholders and panic with shifting priorities, this is not the role for you.
