Novaflow Digital is a digital marketing agency serving clients in the education industry including Schools, Colleges and Early Learning Centres.
We specialise in paid ads on the Google & Meta platforms.
As part of our growth we are currently seeking a highly motivated team member to be based either remotely, remotely with in person catch ups in Newcastle, or in a shared work space working alongside us on the Gold Coast.
You will be responsible for managing the relationships of existing clients, who consist primarily of professional marketing managers of educational facilities.
Our main point of difference is the importance placed on thorough communication, empowering the client to understand what we do for them and why we do it, so they can confidently answer to their superiors.
We foster strong relationships with our clients, and ultimately want them to see us as partners.
There is a generous base salary + opportunities in place for the right person.
You will be working with our Managing Director who currently is our Senior Account Manager.
Our 2nd Director looks after all of the Sales and Marketing so rest assured there will be no sales involved in your role.
This role is available to candidates who have 1-2 years experience within the digital marketing industry.
Candidates wishing to make the jump from traditional marketing to digital marketing are also encouraged to apply.
A track record of maintaining outstanding relationships and delighting clients in a professional setting will be extremely highly regarded.
The Opportunity: You will be working directly with a portfolio of clients, managing the relationship and identifying & implementing improvements in their digital marketing campaigns.
You will need to have an upbeat, enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
You'll also need to be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as part of a small team in a professional, niche agency.
Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role.
Your ability as a thinker, communicator, and doer will shine through when it comes executing marketing strategies including, Meta & Google platforms, optimisations, and advising the client on related aspects such website CRO and relating digital strategies to the consumer decision making process.
What you'll do: · Build and manage clients campaigns within Google Ads & Meta Business accounts.
· Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building a positive relationship as the representative for the company.
· Campaign analysis to identify & implement opportunities for campaign improvement as well as communicating these to clients, and managing client expectations.
· Prepare monthly written and video reports to foster each client's understanding of their digital strategy.
· Attend fortnightly Zoom calls with clients to maintain a strong client relationship, foster the client's understanding of their digital strategy, and gain any strategic updates required by the client.
· Analyse analytics to further identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics to maximise the client's ROI.
· Educate clients on our SEM and PPC strategy and tactics.
· Provide an exceptional customer experience for our clients.

· Exceptional customer service is #1 · Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal · 1-2 years of agency or digital marketing experience (or similar) · Well rounded knowledge and passion of digital marketing, including SEM, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
Or be a personable character with a technical mind who is willing to learn and deep dive into the world of digital marketing.
· A hunger for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
· Confident in building relationships leading to high client retention.
Our current retention rate is 94%.
· Highly organised and process-driven.
· Experience working in the education sector would be incredible!
· Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a huge plus.
