Working closely with the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for supporting all promotional marketing activities for the online sales channel.
Your duties will include copywriting and designing engaging email content, managing and optimising CRM customer journey flows, updating the website, and analysing data to drive customer engagement and online growth for Merlo.
