About Data42: Data42 is seeking a talented Digital Marketing and Training Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Norman Park, Queensland.

We have the experience and knowledge to answer the supply chain information questions when others don't even know where to begin.
Our solutions are used by more than 80% of the Australian meat and livestock industry.

The Role: This role sees you as a vital resource within Data42 in building relationships with our clients, industry bodies, and government.
You will be based in the Norman Park office working directly with the clients and internal project teams in crafting and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and awareness.
The users of our solutions require simple and effective training material and your communication skills will form a core part in the preparation of the training content.
You will also be a part of the design team, helping to craft unique solutions alongside developers and consultants.
The scope of the data systems we develop and operate for our clients cover the whole meat and livestock supply chain from livestock breeding through to end user consumption in export markets.
Key responsibilities: Develop and schedule content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and blogs.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.Work with clients in understanding their project drivers and objectives and translate these objectives into language the internal project teams can understand.Design, maintain, and issue ongoing reports for clients and industry.Develop and maintain training content using language suitable for the diverse user groups.Work with internal teams in assisting with the preparation of project deliverables.Assist in the creation of project documentation including release notices, testing procedures, and technical documentation.Maintain a work/life balance: We believe that for you to give your best you need a good work/life balance.

Need to have: Demonstrated ability to rapidly grasp very complex business processes along the whole meat and livestock supply chain.You will have demonstrated recent experience in social media content development and management.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.Stakeholder management experience is a necessity.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Enthusiastic, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to solve complex problems and work self-directed to achieve outcomes.Experience in working alongside developers and software designers is ideal.Highly Valued: Domain knowledge of the meat and livestock industry.
