BAMBRICK is one of Queensland's largest and fastest-growing digital marketing agencies. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Digital/Graphic Designer who can bring digital marketing concepts to life in an awe-inspiring way for 100's of customers across varying industries (including many of Brisbane and Australia's best-known brands).
The main things we are looking for (in priority order) are as follows:Creative thinker with problem-solving abilityExcellent communicator – visual, written and verbalHard-workingMinimum 2-3 years experience in an agency or in-house roleAbility to work full-time in our Brisbane CBD officeKnows their way around Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and Premier would be fantastic too)Experience in WordPress would be a massive bonus but not essentialExcellent attention to detailFocused and organisedPassionate about design, conversion, and communicationA fantastic creative thinker full of ideas and skills to bring those ideas to lifeComfortable working across a diverse range of clients all in the 1 dayA team player with a desire to continue growing your skillsetAbility to work full-time in our Brisbane CBD officeAdditional things we would like to hear about, in no particular order are:Digital design experience – in any capacity, let us know what you've done.Website design – again, not a necessity but if you have it, tell us about it.Landing Pages – ever built one? Tell us about it.Who is the team you will be working with?We are a trusted, fast-growing, fast-paced, direct response digital marketing agency.We DON'T design logos, come up with funny slogans, or write catchy jingles.We DO help hundreds of Australian businesses squeeze the absolute most out of every single dollar that they spend on digital marketing.That involves, but isn't limited to, management and optimisation of:Landing PagesWebsitesFacebook Ad campaignsInstagram Ad campaignsLinkedIn Ad campaignsGoogle Ad campaignsSearch Engine Optimisation campaignsWe manage millions of dollars in digital marketing budget every year.We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we take what we do seriously as we know what an impact it has on people's businesses when we get it wrong or right.We've been in business for 25 years.We have approx. 35 people on the team and continue to grow.Our office is located in Brisbane CBD.Our clients vary across pretty much every industry you can think of.What does the role entail?Our designers work closely with the Head of Creative, account managers, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), and social teams to implement performance-driven digital marketing strategies.
Your days will be fast-paced working across a wide range of brands surrounded by a team of hard-working, funny, innovative people who are driven by a common goal – to get the best results for our clients.
We have zero expectations that you will walk in knowing how to do each one of these, but you will receive full training on anything you are asked to do.
