Providing leadership, support and contribution within regional communities is an extremely important aspect of Adllins Media DNA. Our staff work from home and staff local to the area meet in person regularly for team meetings (with our out of town staffing joining online). This position is available to applicants Australia-wide, however applicants located in Queensland (or with the ability to work in line with AEST hours) will be highly regarded. Our full-service media agency covers all things media buying and marketing strategy encompassing in house; website design and development, digital marketing, social media, SEO, creative design, event planning, media buying and planning, photography and videography including commercial drone operation. Adllins Media are looking for a suitable applicant to join our Senior Leadership Team as a Digital Manager. You will be working alongside experts in their fields, with no two days being the same. Your key daily duties may include:
Strategising, creating, implementing and reporting on organic and paid Meta content Managing our digital team, including holding 1:1 WIP meetings, fortnightly team meetings, assisting with training and up-skilling Liaising with clients and business partners Ensuring our team is staying up to date with market trends Ensuring the quality of work outputted from our digital team is top quality
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills: 5+ years experience with Digital Marketing (specifically Meta and Google Ads) 3+ years experience within a Marketing Agency or similar environment where you were required to manage multiple brands Proven experience leading a team The ability to work at great speed, whilst managing multiple projects and priorities The ability to work collaboratively within a small or larger teams Strong attention to detail Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data Deadline orientated and the ability to work under pressure The ability and willingness to learn and adapt to our in-house style and processes Strong communication and excellent administration skills High level problem solving skills Management of your equipment and workspace to internal standards A YES person mindset!

Your experience, knowledge, and ability to not only work collaboratively but also communicate within the wider team and with our valued business partners will be essential to the successful applicant's position. For this role, we will provide you with an iMac, however a strong, stable internet connection is required. There may be times when we will require you to travel to Cairns if you are not local, however this will always be flexible with timing and plenty of notice.
