HOW WILL WE KNOW YOU ARE THE ONE Responsibilities Leverage data and insights to select the most effective channel mix to deliver on campaigns objectives.Work with Digital Director to write and deliver media briefs inclusive of bespoke media partner selection criteria.Analyse and evaluate media partner responses.Develop a robust forecast of sales scenarios for each recommended channel.Build block and detailed media plans clearly capturing the final channels, tactics, investment and campaign KPIs in a detailed client media plan.Sign media partner contracts for approved final booking.With Digital Director provide detailed feedback to media partners that have been unsuccessful on bookings.Support Digital Executive to compile and provide creative specs and deadlines to creative team/agency.Monitor budget pacing tracker to ensure activity is not spending the budget too slowly or quickly.Manage bids for ad placements in real-time to achieve campaign goals.Analyse the campaign's ability to optimise towards desired results.Assess the performance of different audience segments and make recommendations on audience optimisation.Assess the performance of different creative assets and make recommendations on creative optimisation.Provide clients with weekly reports capturing all observations and required optimisations.Detail the extent each channel has delivered on the target goals.Clearly articulate key learnings and recommendations for future improvement by channel and objective.Support Strategy team in summarising regression, digital attribution, brand tracking, etc.
results.Support Digital Executive and Digital Co-Ordinator with all elements of the finance process, including: collation of written booking confirmations, finance schedule creation and tracker, finance loadings, proforma checking, resolving any account queries arising from invoicing, and updating PO trackers.Capabilities 3+ years within Digital Media/Marketing role.A strong understanding of DV360 (or other DSP), Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.A strong history of working in Addressable media and leading accounts.The ability to deliver recommendations on additional partners and platforms.Knows how to extract useful insights from data.Experience with Analytics will be preferred e.g.
Google Analytics.Experience with SDM strongly preferred.Communication is essential, both written and oral.Attention to detail.
