The Digital Literacy Program Coordinator will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital literacy program. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to increase digital literacy across the organization focusing mainly on data and AI.
This is a 12 month contract role.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital literacy program to drive adoption of Data Analytics and AI technology across the firm. Manage end-to-end lifecycle for Digital Literacy Programs , ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address digital literacy needs. Develop and deliver training and support programs to improve digital literacy skills. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the digital literacy program and make continuous improvements. Communicate program progress and impact to stakeholders. Coordinate Technology Adoption resources as needed.
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
Essential
Your experience includes accounting/financial sector and some form of project management certification. Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including creating training materials and conducting workshops and seminars. Familiarity with change management principles and experience in driving adoption of new technologies and processes. Experience to co-ordinate external vendors and internal resources to deliver a program of works. Organisational change management experience Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong documentation and organisation skills. Strong Stakeholder management skills. A willingness to travel to interstate offices.
Education Requirements
Essential
Relevant Tertiary qualification in Learning & Development, Business and/or IT.
Desirable
Microsoft SQL & Excel Certifications.
