In this role, you will be responsible for: Ecommerce: Optimising all sites, implementing tools, and integrating best practices across our ecommerce infrastructure. You'll lead backend website strategies, use third-party tools like Nosto and Algolia, brief developers on tasks, and identify and implement growth opportunities. Website Maintenance: Ensuring our websites function correctly, managing technical issues with development partners, and overseeing product category merchandising. You'll troubleshoot web issues and customer queries, maintain performance metrics, and keep sites up to date. Promotions: Setting up and maintaining online promotions, ensuring optimised functionality, and accurate store information. Customer Support: Resolving website-related customer inquiries, working with the CX team on escalated issues, and enhancing the online customer experience. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conducting UAT to ensure new features and updates function correctly before going live, and collaborating with developers to address any issues. Research & Analysis: Analysing trends, providing actionable recommendations, and understanding customer behavior to improve site performance and profitability. Communication: Engaging with team members effectively, giving and receiving feedback, and keeping stakeholders informed. Teamwork and Leadership: Collaborating across teams, acting as a positive role model, and building a reputation as a leader. Learning and Development: Seeking opportunities for growth, sharing knowledge, and applying learnings to enhance your role. Wellness, Health, and Safety: Complying with health and safety programs, applying best practices, and participating in wellness initiatives. We are looking for someone with: Proven experience in ecommerce management and website optimisation. Strong technical skills and familiarity with tools like Nosto, Algolia, and Google Analytics. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting technical issues. Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
