We are currently working with one of Australia's renowned Financial Services brands who are seeking to uplift their Customer and Digital Identity services within their organisation.
They are currently looking for a Customer Identity Access Management Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract.In this role, you would be integral to bridging the gap between our technical and business teams.
You will be responsible for analyzing data, understanding complex back-end systems, and writing comprehensive requirements.
Your expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and identity knowledge will be essential in driving our projects to success.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications.System Understanding:
Gain a deep understanding of complex back-end systems and their interactions to ensure seamless integration and functionality.CIAM/Identity Knowledge:
Leverage your knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and identity solutions to inform project requirements and designs.Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and technical requirement specifications (TRS).Essential Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated experience working as a Technical Business Analyst specifically on Digital Identity or Customer Identity projects.Familiarity with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions and identity management principles.Experience with additional technical tools (OKTA, Swagger API & Mongo DB).Previous experience working within Financial Services specifically Insurance.
