Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive digital growth strategy aligned with our business goals.Lead Generation: Leverage SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital channels to drive qualified leads. Understand the drivers of key market segments to ensure deep penetration & influence with key decision makers.Website Management: Oversee the setup and launch of a website restructure, ensuring it's optimized for SEO and user experience.Product Visualization Tools: Lead the setup and integration of an online product configurator/visualizer.Social Media Campaigns: Create and manage targeted social media campaigns to enhance brand status and engagement.Performance Analytics: Monitor digital campaigns using analytics tools, reporting on key performance indicators and ROI.Collaboration: Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure leads are effectively converted into sales.Content Marketing: Develop engaging content that increases brand placement and attracts potential clients.Global Expansion: Expand ENTRO's presence in emerging markets including USA, aligning the brand with key trends and cultural movements that resonate in these markets.What We're Looking For Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role. Experience in the B2B or architectural product sector is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Familiarity with website development processes.Creativity & Strategy: Strong strategic thinking with a creative approach to problem-solving.Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.Analytical Mindset: Data-driven, with excellent analytical and reporting skills.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Why Join Us?
