Digital Fundraising Coordinator - 6 months fixed term contract

About the Role The Digital Fundraising Coordinator is for a fixed term 6 months contract to support Salesforce implementation project. This role is responsible for implementing fundraising campaigns across all digital and social channels to help drive fundraising revenue growth, donor acquisition and supporter engagement. This position plays a key role in optimising the MS Society's fundraising and the management of the organisation's Salesforce CRM system – including management of campaigns, events, opportunities, reporting & analytics within the platform.
The Digital Fundraising Coordinator oversees the day-to-day management of our fundraising channels and platforms and works closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the Chief Marketing Officer to produce regular data analysis, executing campaigns, and reporting to identify and grow fundraising revenue.
Essential requirements:
Demonstrated experience in fundraising & digital marketing. High level computer competency and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems – Salesforce. Experience using Salesforce and other donor management CRM systems and an under-standing of donor journey mapping. Skills in a campaign set up and management, analytics, dashboard & reporting using Salesforce is ideal. Experience in maintaining donor records. Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver to deadlines The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and from various demographics. A cleared Working with Children Check, National Police Check will also be required prior to commencement in accordance with the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act 2016 (SA).
