Are you up for the challenge? We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Bentley ProjectWise Administrator to join our national TEK (Technology, Engineering and Knowledge) team in the role of Digital Engineering Technical Specialist .
This position is based in Brisbane, but Melbourne or Sydney can also be considered as a location for the right candidate.

About the Role System Administration:Set up and configure ProjectWise servers, databases, and user accounts. Manage access controls, permissions, and security settings. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Workflow Customization:Customise workflows based on project requirements. Define document lifecycle processes, approvals, and version control. Ensure efficient collaboration among project teams. Data Management:Organise and manage project documents, CAD files, and other data. Maintain metadata and attributes for accurate search and retrieval. Implement data standards and naming conventions. User Support and Training:Provide training to end-users on ProjectWise functionality. Assist users with queries, issues, and best practices. Act as a liaison between technical teams and project stakeholders. Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on ProjectWise enhancements and new features. Optimise system performance, scalability, and usability. About You: This role will ideally see you holding a tertiary qualification in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Built Environment or Architecture, as well as having significant demonstrated experience using Bentley ProjectWise.
You will have:
Significant relevant Engineering Consulting or Construction industry experience, with a substantial portion of this having been related to BIM Management on large multi discipline projects. Dedicated common data environment system administration experience, delivering systems to aid in large complex projects Exposure to major multi discipline engineering and construction delivery Exposure to working within the precontracts environment on multiple tenders at once You will enjoy working collaboratively and be able to foster effective strategic relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally.
Your well-developed communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with your ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, will see you succeed in the role.
