Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Manager to support several state-wide projects whilst providing a broader strategic overview in the development, adoption, and use of a consistent digital engineering approach across our business.
You will be instrumental in:

Leading all aspects of digital engineering implementation and enablement
Providing insight and leadership on technical problem solving
Developing standards, protocols, templates, guidelines, practices, and innovative solutions to meet project and business needs
Managing the wider business drivers while occasionally getting your "hands dirty" on projects to establish best practice outcomes
Managing the implementation and maintenance of Digital Engineering processes
Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of all relevant statutory regulations, design and construction standards, and codes applicable to the project

We are seeking solid demonstration of working in BIM and geospatial environments with experience in construction highly desirable. You will have strong experience and knowledge in BIM/CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks, including working in a senior strategic capacity. This role will require occasional travel as needed.
