Due to projected growth, we have a rare fixed term opportunity for a Digital Engagement Coordinator - Offshore & Remote, driving employee engagement across our offshore and remote sector.The Position"Buddy" is our frontline engagement tool, empowering our team with the tools, resources and info they need to stay connected and empowered. A digital hub in your hand, Buddy provides space for the Offshore & Remote national team to share site activities, learn about our purpose-driven focuses, and tap into resources from task essentials to employee perks.This role will be responsible for designing and delivering daily content, driving employee engagement, delivering against business strategy, and being identified as a Buddy subject matter expert. Every day is about innovation and continuous improvement of the OR Buddy platform. Specifically, you will focus on the following objectives:Build and schedule daily Buddy communicationsForecast and design monthly Buddy campaigns aligned with cultural and business objectivesEnsure offshore and remote sector digital objectives are met through continual development and evaluation of Buddy as an engagement toolCross departmental collaboration contributing to strategic plans that deliver on business objectives and contractual requirementsEvaluation and interpretation of project outcomesProviding reporting and trend analysis to direct future projectsThe PersonStrong sector knowledge and business acumenEffective written communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in project management and executionPassion for fostering our purposeWilling to be agile and flexible in workflowSimilar experience in social media tools would be considered highly desirableThe BenefitsYou will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
