An opportunity is currently available for a Senior Digital & Ecommerce Manager to join a thriving retailer that has been operating within the Australian market for more than a decade. They are the market leaders within their specialization and have a stellar team culture to match!
The Role: Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Digital & Ecommerce Manager will support the team to develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns and activities via digital and offline platforms. These campaigns are focused on acquiring new customers, promoting their brands and products, and delivering revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all disciplines of digital marketing and eCommerce strategies and campaigns for the business. Manage the marketing team and act as a lead for all ongoing marketing development eCommerce projects including platform migration projects. Responsible for the creation and delivery of the Omni-channel marketing strategy. Improve SEO, accessibility, site optimization, and conversion rates. Lead the change from Magento 2.4.6 to Shopify Plus ecommerce platform. Work with the digital agency to create and manage paid campaigns including Facebook, SEM, Google Ads, Google Shopping, and dynamic remarketing campaigns. Use innovation to differentiate the company in the market, providing unique value to their customers. Key Requirements: Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field. Leadership experience managing a marketing team. Industry experience working within either retail or FMCG will be highly regarded. Experience in managing and working across complex end-to-end projects (through the entire lifecycle). Demonstrable experience with website CMS and ecommerce systems like Shopify Plus and EDM tools like Dotmailer. A strong ability to work independently and with agencies on SEM campaigns. Experience with advanced Google AdWords and Facebook advertising strategies. Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work amongst a team that genuinely loves what they do. You'll have the opportunity to work with flexibility on a hybrid WFH basis throughout the 12-month contract. Ideally, the right candidate will have a passion for driving trade campaigns and will be happy to jump into the detail as well as see the big picture!
