Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAAFull-time permanent position based in Adelaide CBD Join a tight-knit team with a fun, inclusive and supportive cultureGreat opportunity for a creative Graphic/Digital Designer to join our Member Marketing team. As a Digital Designer at RAA, you will be responsible for creating captivating design assets that support our strategic priorities. You will play a key role in developing visually compelling content for various digital platforms to enhance user engagement and convey our brand message effectively. Create and design digital content for diverse platforms including direct mail, web assets, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.Develop, manage, and test HTML/CSS content templates within Member Marketing email and advertising platforms.Produce engaging visuals, graphics, and multimedia elements to enrich user experience and align with the brand's messaging.Prioritise digital design projects based on importance and urgency, ensuring efficient resource allocation.Stay updated with contemporary design practices and contribute to departmental business improvement activities.Contribute to the development of generative AI content capabilities to deliver personalized content for the broader Member Marketing strategy.About you You're a confident, passionate, and forward-thinking individual with a passion for digital design, a flair for creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences who enjoys working in a high performing culture. For this role, we're also looking for: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or related field.Proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for creating and managing digital content templates.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of generative AI content creation is a plus.About us As one of the South Australia's largest and most iconic organisations, we're proud to deliver our trusted range of motor, home, and travel services to more than 820,000 members.
