As a Digital Designer at Mercer Super, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, user-centric designs for our online platforms.
These designs will enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement to achieve our business growth objectives.
Reporting to the Head of Online & Customer Decisioning, you will collaborate closely with product managers, digital producers, and digital marketers to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences that align with our digital marketing strategies and overall brand objectives.
This role requires a strong focus on staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Design intuitive and seamless user experiences for web and mobile platforms that prioritise usability and accessibility.
Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Work cross-functionally with product managers and digital marketers to translate business goals and user needs into design solutions.
Collaborate effectively with digital producers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that demonstrate user interactions and communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics.
Contribute to A/B testing and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimise user interactions.
Collaborate on maintaining design guidelines, patterns, and component libraries as part of the design system.
What you need to have: 3+ years of experience in digital design Consumer digital experience in a superannuation or financial services industry preferred Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills Experience in usability and customer-focused design Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong organisational and project management skills Skilled at building strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Knowledge of the Adobe suite of products Adobe Cloud, Target & Analytics a plus About us: Mercer believes in building brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being.
