About the role We're currently seeking to broaden our marketing team and are in search of a skilled and imaginative designer to join us full-time and bring your creativity to a dynamic marketing team. Reporting to Manager Marketing Operations and Creative, this is an exciting opportunity to work on an iconic brand.
The ideal candidate is a creative and seasoned digital designer skilled in creating diverse marketing and promotional materials for both digital and print media. This includes designing for digital and print Road Ahead magazine, email and direct mail, marketing visuals, dynamic ad creation, website and corporate documents. A strong grasp of branding and visual identity, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, is essential.
The role has the option to work flexibly from home and at our Brisbane City or Eight Mile Plains office.
About you We are seeking a candidate who is both a strong communicator and a passion for continuous learning. You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside talented and dedicated colleagues and develop your skills in a variety of areas. With a focus on personal and professional growth, this role offers the chance to expand your skill set and take on new challenges. 
Bachelor's degree in Design or Interactive Media (or equivalent tertiary qualification) 3-5 years' experience in Graphic Design or equivalent Experience in use of the Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and XD)  Financial services or regulated industry experience desirable but not essential  Hands-on experience in creating design materials across diverse channels, including OOH, social, digital channels, and print materials.  Demonstrated strong knowledge of digital UI design principles and their application at a commercial level through an online portfolio of engaging, responsive websites; Well-developed communication skills including the capacity to influence and negotiate  Good interpersonal skills and be able to deal with partners and business stakeholders at all levels Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software packages  Please note we will be reviewing and progressing applications as they present, so APPLY NOW to be considered!
