About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Digital Designer to join our in-house studio at ANZ Plus. The ideal candidate would have experience in both digital design, as well as traditional graphic design mediums. As a Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and creating engaging digital content that resonates with our audience.

What could your day look like?As a Digital Designer within our studio, your mission is to conceptualise and create a variety of work ranging from eDM design and video storyboards to digital and print layouts. Maybe you're a master of typography, or a wizard of web design, either way, you're happy to give anything a go and aren't afraid to add something new to your list of skills.
Designing EDMs for customer communicationsCreative ideation for artwork, visual identity, and MarketingLayouts and final art for Marketing campaignsConsulting with other squads on brand and visual assetsWorking with internal comms teams on presentationsIdeation for motion graphics videosClose collaboration with our UI Designers on how creative and brand is represented in the ANZ Plus app and WebWhat's in your toolkit?Experience across a broad range of visual media (illustration, animation, graphic design, web)Perhaps you've worked on commercial brands within a branding studio, advertising agency, design or motion graphics production houseAn understanding of how to digest a brief and develop creative solutionsHappy to explore different visual styles, and open to other creative inputDriven by curiosity, creativity and simplifying complex processes and issuesAbility to innovate, and push the boundaries of what's possibleA keen interest in current and new technologiesRequired software includes Adobe Suite, FigmaAny experience with 2D or 3D motion software would be very helpful but not essentialIllustration skills would be amazing!So why join us?From the moment you join ANZ, you'll be doing meaningful work that will shape a world where people and communities thrive.
