About the team: The Digital & Design Co-ordinator is responsible for the best practice usage and application of digital tools and supports the firm with design ideation, concepts, and recommendations in accordance with brand guidelines. This role involves maintaining the CBP website, managing social media channels, analyzing data, and providing creative design services.
About the role: As the Digital & Design Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the CBP website, including content uploads, page builds, and profile reviews, ensuring all content is SEO optimized, and liaising with external providers to manage website performance. You will contribute to the development and execution of the CBP social media strategy, manage daily operations of social media channels, create and deploy content, and monitor platform performance.
Additionally, you will analyze data from Brand, Clients & Markets platforms, produce reports, and provide post-campaign analysis. Your role includes acting as the primary contact for design-related work, creating brand-compliant marketing materials, and managing design projects. You will also maintain the Brand & Communications section on the CBP Intranet, manage relationships with videographers and photographers, and assist with team initiatives, implementing feedback mechanisms to support ongoing quality improvement and innovation.
About you: Ability to work autonomously and coordinate digital and design projects.Experience working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities.Balance creative flair with practical business requirements.Adaptability to changing business needs.Expertise in MS Office, InDesign CS6, Illustrator CS6, Photoshop CS6, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and website management (Kentico preferred).Experience in graphic design within a professional services or corporate environment.Tertiary qualifications in digital marketing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the legal practice.Join the team: Inclusion and Diversity is a priority for us.
