About this Opportunity: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Digital Design & Signage Coordinator to join our Audio Visual Services Digital Media team. You will be responsible for creating, designing and scheduling visual content for the digital signage system and displays as required for ICC Sydney events including concerts, exhibitions, conventions and corporate meetings.
This role will see you responsible for updating content daily for events and meetings across multiple LED installations both internal and external to the venues including daily wayfinding and general information signage. With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure all signage is clear, consistent and on brand. You will work with the Digital Signage team to ensure ICC Sydney's digital signage management system and equipment is well maintained and will arrange repairs when required.

Required Skills & Experience: Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier)Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookSound knowledge of Mac OS softwareExperience with a Content Management System (CMS)Additionally, you will have a can-do attitude and be well organised with a proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. With a strong sense of initiative, you will be willing to work collaboratively as a team member and also independently with minimal supervision. You will have excellent communication skills and personal presentation, with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
