The focus is on aligning initiatives with strategic objectives, ensuring quality outcomes within scope, time, and budget.Digital Project Leadership: Oversee the delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with TasWater's strategy, and managing scope, timelines, quality, and budgets.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet requirements, manage expectations, and drive effective collaboration.Team and Supplier Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, manage third-party suppliers, and ensure consistent delivery of quality outcomes.Continuous Improvement and Change: Drive process enhancements, quality standards, and change management initiatives to optimize digital delivery and align with organizational goals.For a full copy of the position description please visit our website.What we're looking forWe are seeking an experienced team and project leader with strong technology management expertise, strategic planning skills, and a proven ability to deliver digital solutions in complex environments.
