ABOUT THE ROLE Our Digital Customer Experience Manager drives the digital marketing communications and trade strategy to deliver customer engagement, conversion and profitable sales growth for the region and brands through an innovative and collaborative approach.
This role is focused on our Southern region and oversees an amazing team across Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Trade, PR and Social.
In this role you will:
Develop and lead the execution of the digital trade and marketing plans that leverage brand activity, deliver customer engagement, regional ecommerce sales and gross profit (GP).Influence across the business to build meaningful stakeholder relationships and deliver innovative, fresh and commercially-led solutions to drive growth.Understand return on investment (ROI), inspect analytics insights and results to inform trade and marketing decisions and take action.Lead the team with focus on traffic, conversion, trade and digital marketing performance metrics.Deliver and monitor site trade and digital marketing and protect the customer experience.Coach the team to take commercially-driven actions that, engage the customer, influence trade and protect profitability.Design and deliver confident, sophisticated and on-Brand communications campaigns that deliver on strategic goals. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and/or Ecommerce A background in and passion for driving sales through an Ecommerce siteExperience in leading a team and build collaborative working relationshipsAble to plan, organise, schedule and project manage in an efficient wayThe ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholdersProven high level of commercial negotiation skills Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions Strong budgeting and forecasting skillsOUR CULTURE To describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
