Role Description:The Digital Customer Experience Analyst is an exciting 12-month max-term opportunity in our Digital & Campaigns team based at our Perth CBD office.
The purpose of the Analyst role is to closely monitor and review customer usage of Synergy's digital channels, ensuring that the functionality, services, and performance align with the intended design and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Job responsibilities:Ensure the timely delivery of digital dashboards to monitor and maintain performance and service integrity, sharing them across the organisation.Continuously monitor and evaluate website functionality and usability, promptly reporting any web performance issues to the D&T team through the ticketing systems.Identify customer pain points by leveraging customer feedback and analytics tools, providing valuable insights to the wider digital team and other internal stakeholders.Support the digital team in ongoing website optimisation efforts by reviewing customer feedback, and offering suggestions based on customer inquiries and pain points.Drive and report on the monthly webform meetings, actively participating in webchat meetings as required, and sharing regular updates on website performance at internal forums.What you will bring:2-4 years' experience in a similar digital or analyst role.Degree qualified in marketing, commerce, or related discipline.Experience with FullStory preferred but not essential.Experience with Adobe Analytics preferred but not essential.Experience in designing, implementing, and analysing tests to understand the effectiveness of campaigns.What we offer: Working for an employer of choice also means you will enjoy:
