Lead the creation and management of online content, supporting Logan City Council's ongoing objectives. Pioneer customer-centric digital initiatives to enhance user experience. Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to uphold legislative requirements and deliver exceptional online services. Technical Expertise Website development and maintenance, with a focus on content management systems. Stay up-to-date with digital service and customer experience trends to drive innovative online initiatives. Effectively communicate complex information in a simplified manner, ensuring quality customer experiences in a digital service environment. Communication Deliver exceptional customer experiences by translating complex information into simple concepts. Manage customer expectations in a digital customer service environment through effective communication. Provide specialist advice to multiple stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Requirements A recognised tertiary qualification in Information Technology is desirable. Prior knowledge and experience within a local government environment is advantageous. Demonstrated skills in web content writing and editing using corporate content management systems. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage the online image and information services while adhering to legislative requirements.
